, so we are searching for the right individual to join our team that encompasses these traits. Our therapists work together for inter-office referrals, in addition to receiving new patients from outside sources.

Our location features private room settings, as well as gym equipment for active rehabilitation. Our philosophy prioritizes hands on techniques along with traditional modalities, to help treat a wide range of acute and chronic injuries. Our clientele is varied, ranging from the athletic, to general population, to those with disabilities or special needs.

Responsibilities

Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their health history and preferences. Utilize medical terminology to document treatments and client progress accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures and address any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area and equipment. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Massage Therapist certification in Ontario Strong understanding of medical terminology Excellent customer service skills to enhance client experience Effective communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a clinical setting Knowledge of various massage techniques and therapies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $84.07-$109.84 per hour
