The Role
We're looking for a dynamic, passionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to take over an existing caseload and grow professionally. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with clients recovering from injuries, including mechanical low back pain, herniated discs, post-surgical recovery (spines, hips, knees, shoulders), and scoliosis (both adult and adolescent). You'll be working alongside our highly experienced physiotherapists, kinesiologist, and receiving mentorship from a senior RMT, allowing you to expand your skillset and enhance your effectiveness in helping clients recover.

Requirements:
Current Registration
: Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Orthopaedic Knowledge
: Strong understanding of orthopaedic conditions and relevant terminology, with an ability to apply this knowledge in treatment.
Effective Communication
: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate clients about their treatment plans while building a positive therapeutic relationship.
Diverse Skillset
: Proficiency in a range of massage techniques, including but not limited to deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point massage, craniosacral therapy. Certification in acupuncture and dry needling is an asset.
Commitment to Safety and Cleanliness
: Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment in accordance with clinic standards and health regulations.
Team Collaboration
: A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with other clinic professionals to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Accurate Documentation
: Timely and precise documentation of treatment sessions, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and clinic policies.

Part-time position
(3 days per week) with the potential to transition to full-time.

A sample massage of ~20min at interview to assess hands-on skills.
