Job Description

We seek a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in promoting relaxation, alleviating pain, and enhancing the overall well-being of our clients.

Hours available: Sunday 2pm-10 pm.

Monday- Wednesday 3-9.15pm (stretch therapy experince is an advantage)

Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques including Aromatherapy, deep tissue, athletic recovery, and prenatal massage. Assess client needs and customize treatment plans accordingly. Maintaining a clean and organized treatment area ensures a safe and welcoming environment. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and any concerns they may have. Document client progress and treatment outcomes for ongoing care. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while providing services. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy.

Requirements

Valid Ontario license Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism. Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is preferred A passion for holistic health and wellness practices.

Pay: $90.00-$96.00 per hour
