We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from tension through therapeutic massage techniques. You will be responsible for providing high-quality massage services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all clients.

Responsibilities

Perform various types of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to individual client needs. Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their massage preferences and health history to create personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction throughout their experience. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment options, aftercare advice, and any concerns they may have. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance service offerings and maintain professional development.

Requirements

Valid state license or certification to practice as a Massage Therapist. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and anatomy. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Effective communication skills to clearly explain procedures and address client inquiries. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed. Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is preferred but not required.

Pay: $42.65-$91.20 per hour
