Olive & Co - A new luxury Med spa and wellness space is opening this December/ January and is looking to expand its wellness practice with RMTs.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients. Lymphatic Drainage is a plus. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the physical and emotional well-being of clients through personalized massage therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and preferences. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages. Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatment plans and progress. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after sessions. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including sanitation protocols. Check out each client after session.

Skills

Proficient in medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare professionals. Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey treatment plans and client feedback clearly. Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding towards clients' needs and concerns. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to massage therapy practices. Pay: From $90.00 per hour
