Perform high-quality massage therapy treatments, including relaxation, deep tissue, and therapeutic techniques.
Assess clients' needs, medical history, and goals to develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with CMTO regulations.
Recommend appropriate home care, stretches, and follow-up treatments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room.
Collaborate with other wellness professionals within the spa to provide integrated client care.
Comply with all health, safety, and infection control standards.
Manage scheduling, punctuality, and professional communication with clients and staff.
