Riverview Chiropractic Clinic is looking for a motivated massage therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will have the opportunity to positively impact our clients' well-being through therapeutic touch. Our evidence-based clinic is clean, organized, and professional, with a designated massage room. We are conveniently located in downtown St. Albert with a history of chiropractic and massage therapy services spanning over 25 years.

Requirements:

You must be a

Registered Massage Therapist

who has completed a Massage Therapy program with a minimum of 2200hrs at a recognized Massage Therapy Training School in Canada.(New School Graduates are welcome!!!) Be Insured and registered with a recognized Massage Therapy Association in Canada.

We are currently looking for :

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time employment or percentage splits with various shifts available (weekday, evening and weekend).

Room rental is also a possibility for the right candidate.

Percentage or Hourly rate: from $50.00 to $60.00 per hour based upon experience and performance.

We are looking for massage therapists wanting either full-time and part-time employment with various shifts available (weekday, evening and weekend).

Duties

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions for clients
- Assess clients' needs and create customized treatment plans
- Provide a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue and sports massage
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Follow all sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy

- Collaborate with Riverview Team to enhance patient care

Skills
- Proficient in medical terminology related to massage therapy
- Excellent communication skills to assess patient needs and engage as a part of the team
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive and welcoming experience for clients
- Ability to adapt massage techniques based on individual client preferences and conditions

Preference will be given to candidates familiar with EMR systems (esp. Jane).
