PURPOSE

Eastgate Physiotherapy & Massage is looking to add Registered Massage Therapists to our beautiful Sherwood Park location. If you want to work in high traffic, a beautiful clinic where you can concentrate on treating clients and providing the best patient care possible, Eastgate Physio & Massage is the place for you! We have been providing excellent client care in Sherwood Park for the past 40 years.

The ideal candidate for this role is a knowledgeable, self-motivated individual who strives to deliver nothing less than excelled patient care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform exceptional massage services to clients

Collect detailed client history

Perform in-depth patient evaluation to advise on the best treatment

Perform services to clients needs

Contribute to safe and positive client experience while adhering to company policies

Educate clients on treatment specifics, products, aftercare instruction, and maintenance.

Participate in company events and marketing initiatives

Actively participate in staff meetings and clinic improvement initiatives

Market oneself to maintain a client base and create return clientele

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Valid massage therapy license within the provincial licensing body

Customer service oriented

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work as a team and independently

Flexible availability, willingness to work weekends and evenings

Self-motivated, enthusiastic and caring qualities - a big asset
