We are a new clinic located in a walk-in clinic, working closely with doctors, nurses, with x-ray and ultrasound scans, pharmacy, foot specialist/chriopodist and physiotherapist. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services aimed at promoting relaxation, alleviating pain, and enhancing overall well-being for our clients. Responsibilities
Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other modalities.
Conduct client consultations to understand their health concerns and preferences.
Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards.
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate wellness practices.
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times to ensure client trust and satisfaction.
Requirements
Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
Knowledge of medical terminology related to health conditions treated through massage therapy.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
Excellent communication skills to effectively discuss treatment plans and address client concerns.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
