Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team at Spark & Sound Health. Responsibilities

Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities. Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to ensure effective therapy. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following health and safety standards. Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress. Educate clients on self-care techniques and wellness practices to support ongoing health. Schedule appointments efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout each session. Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education.

Requirements

Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations. Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and health conditions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans and address client concerns professionally. Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions. Prior experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed, to accommodate client schedules. Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour
