Position Summary

We are currently seeking a

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

to join our passionate and growing team. In this role, you will be essential in helping clients recover from injuries, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being through personalized massage therapy. Your skills and dedication will contribute to our holistic approach to health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Assess client needs and create personalized treatment plans Apply a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client goals Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records and client progress notes Educate clients on the benefits of massage and recommend self-care techniques Collaborate with our interdisciplinary health team to support client outcomes Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment space Stay current with best practices and advancements in massage therapy Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to client care Passion for ongoing learning and professional development

Pay: $63.70-$86.28 per hour
