Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from stress through therapeutic massage techniques. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Perform various types of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their needs to create personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments. Keep accurate records of client sessions, including treatment notes and progress updates. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Skills

Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly and discuss and treat their conditions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide clear instructions and feedback to clients regarding their treatment plans. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Proficiency in various massage techniques with a focus on client-centered care.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $37,157.02-$85,171.07 per year
