What You'll Do:

Provide therapeutic massage and treatments tailored to clients' needs. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to create personalized care plans. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism, attention to detail and professionalism in your workspace. Adapt to the unique needs of each client with flexibility and a willingness to customize treatments.

We're excited to welcome:

A Massage Therapist registered (in good standing) with an accredited association in Alberta. Massage Therapy diploma with 2200 hours. Current Standard First Aid/CPR certification. Current liability insurance. Experience treating patients in a clinical or wellness setting Excellent people skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a team player. Strong professionalism, with attention to detail and ability maintain high standards of care. Physical and emotional stamina to manage clients and provide exceptional care.

What massage techniques do you specialize in? (e.g., deep tissue, myofascial release, prenatal, sports massage, relaxation) How do you approach patient care and treatment planning for long-term results? What is your ideal work schedule? (Days, evenings, weekends) Are you open to working on a commission-based split, and do you understand the structure of this compensation model? How do you ensure a high level of professionalism and client retention in your practice? Are you comfortable building your client base while receiving marketing support from the clinic?
