Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team in a part-time of full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients. As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in promoting relaxation, alleviating pain, and enhancing overall well-being through therapeutic touch.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and medical histories to tailor massage treatments accordingly. Perform various types of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic techniques. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and address any concerns during sessions. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress while adhering to confidentiality standards. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices.

Qualifications

Valid state license or certification in Massage Therapy. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Proven customer service skills with a focus on client care and satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed. Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is preferred but not required.

Pay: $6,000.00-$18,000.00 per month
