We offer a very competitive split that encourages positive financial growth for the practitioner.

65 % to therapist with a cap per month, that is often achieved after 3 weeks in a month. After cap is reached, compensation is 90% to therapist.



$120 (+hst) for 60 min electric table, linen, bluetooth speaker and table warmer included you would supply your own lotion and other items you personally like to use during in your sessions (acupuncture, cupping, etc) Full Time Admin support with reception on site who handles everything at the front desk Access and use of Jane App EMR
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Registered Massage Therapist to join our team in an established practice. We are currently offering part time hours of 2-4 shifts of 5 massages a day.

Upper Beach Health + Wellness is a multidisciplinary clinic located in the Upper Beach community that focuses on functional rehabilitation. We have recently expanded our space and have 2 additional treatment rooms to offer more services for our community and clients.

We use hands-on therapy, education, and rehabilitation to help our clients return to optimal function. We are a team consisting of Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Naturopathic Medicine, Mental Health Counselling, Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, that work well together with co-treating clients and helping each other with cases.

The clinic is at street level with exposure to foot traffic and a streetcar stop in front of our entrance. We offer a large, well equipped, treatment room and additional shared space for acupuncture and rehab exercises.

We are seeking a motivated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be reliable and organized with an ability to think outside the box. A commitment to continuing education will be a plus.

An RMT who has experience, but not necessary, with the following would be a great fit. However, we are open to discussion of anything new a team member can bring.

pre /post natal paediatrics general wellness deep tissue injury treatment acupuncture or another adjunct therapy
Our clinic has a strong community focus and involvement. We have a client range of children, elderly, pre/ post natal, weekend warriors, post surgical, competitive athletes, and of course all other who are in our community.

We are looking for a therapist who could bring their energy to our clinic to enhance our client / patient experience.

Experience with children and pre / post natal would be a strong asset to our clinic.

The ideal candidate is/has:

- Licensed, Registered, Insured and in Good Standing with your Professional Organization

- Keen to grow their practice

- Reliable and Organized

- Thinks outside the box and involved with continuing education

This position is for an Independent Contractor

Everything is supplied except for lotion or additional tools you use for your personal practice.

Our shifts are 5-6 hours each so the practitioner does not "burn out".

Shifts available:

Monday 8 am - 1 pm and / or 1 pm - 7 pm

Tuesday 8 am - 1 pm and / or 1 pm - 7 pm

Wednesday 8 am - 1 pm

Thursday 8 am - 1 pm

(our mornings are busy and consistently booked)
