Seeking a compassionate and dynamic RMT to join our team!

We have clients on a wait list ready to meet their massage therapist!

We are a multidisciplinary physiotherapy clinic that is growing quickly. Located on a bus route in a busy, well-established, location across from Carlingwood Shopping Centre, Fairlawn Plaza is ideally situated close to the Queensway, main travel routes, and a short distance away from Westboro Village.

We are renowned for providing our clients with high quality, patient-centred care. Our loyal clients have a variety of orthopedic conditions, and we have become trusted partners of their health care team. We offer physiotherapy, osteopathy, massage therapy and naturopathy services. Our clinic prides itself on maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional work atmosphere for our staff and clientele.

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced RMT or new graduate welcome

Positive

Professional

Reliable

Compassionate

Great interpersonal communication skills

Bilingualism an asset (English/French) but not required

Able to work collaboratively alongside Physiotherapists, RMT, Osteopath and Naturopath

You will be asked to:

Conduct Massage Therapy Assessments for your clients

Implement Individualized Treatment Plan for your clients

Communicate the benefits of RMT as part of a Rehabilitation Plan for your clients

Participate in Therapist and Clinic Development meetings

Requirements:

Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario

Have your own liability insurance

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Demonstrate compassion, care and empathy.

Provide high-quality treatments and excellent client care
