Registered Massage Therapist - Holistic Med Group (Oakville, ON)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to practice in a holistic, client-centered environment where your expertise will help empower women on their path to healing. New grads are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive massage therapy assessments and treatments for clients referred directly for RMT services Contribute to a collaborative care plan by communicating treatment goals and progress with the wider rehabilitation team Utilize a variety of manual techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage, to address pain, mobility restrictions, and wellness goals Educate clients on self-care strategies, posture, and movement patterns to support long-term health and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment notes, and client progress in compliance with CMTO standards Foster a warm, welcoming environment that exceeds client expectations and supports their holistic wellness journey

Requirements

Current registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) or equivalent Diploma in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centered approach Ability to work independently and as an integrated member of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to exceeding client expectations through professional, empathetic care

Bonus:

Certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
