We are seeking a

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

to join our busy Oakville clinic. One of our three full-time RMTs will be going on maternity leave in September 2025, and we currently turn away an average of

10 massage requests per day

due to high demand.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to enhancing the overall well-being of our clients through personalized massage therapy.

Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages tailored to individual client needs. Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their preferences to create customized treatment plans. Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment details and progress notes. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Ensure a clean and welcoming environment by maintaining equipment and workspace hygiene. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications

Valid provincial licensure or certification in massage therapy is required. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred to enhance communication with clients regarding their health conditions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey treatment plans and recommendations. Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is a plus but not mandatory; we welcome both seasoned professionals and recent graduates eager to grow in their careers.
