Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical terminology standards. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries or concerns effectively. Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expected outcomes, and aftercare recommendations. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the massage therapy room, maintaining a professional atmosphere at all times. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques through continuous education.

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a professional setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Certification in massage therapy from an accredited institution is required. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning new techniques is highly valued.
