Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and eager-to-learn

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is passionate about therapeutic care, understands or would like to learn how to approach the body's compensatory patterns, and values massage as a tool to restore movement and optimize recovery.

At our clinic, massage therapy isn't a standalone service -- it's part of a bigger picture. We believe in integrating hands-on care with clinical insight to leave long-lasting benefits on all patients! If you're someone who values long-term outcomes over temporary relief, we'd love to meet you.

Core Massage Therapist Duties

Conduct intake assessments and communicate findings to both the patient and referring providers (to new patients). Provide evidence-informed treatments that align with the patient's goals. Empower patients through education on muscle recovery, posture, movement awareness, and self-care techniques. Document treatments clearly and in a timely manner.

Skills

A genuine interest in helping people feel and move better -- not just "relax." Can distinguish (or is interested in learning) addressing muscle tension as a symptom vs. treating deeper dysfunctions contributing to it. Communicates clearly with patients before, during, and after treatment to build trust and safety. Strong interpersonal skills to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship. Organized and professional with time management and treatment planning.

Our Philosophy

Look beyond tension, to understand what caused it. Collaborate with team members when needed to align care plans. Patients deserve care that's customized, educational, and functional. The best outcomes come from being honest, humble, and adopting a learner's mindset.

Who You Are

A Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Curious about anatomy, biomechanics, and helping people get back to what they love doing. Open to integrating treatment with movement Comfortable working in a collaborative, tight-knit team that values quality over quantity. Someone who enjoys feedback and sees mentorship as a shared growth opportunity. A mix of independent and systems-oriented -- you bring your unique skills while respecting clinic alignment.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience or interest in working with active or athletic populations Familiarity with remedial massage techniques, myofascial release, or movement-based assessments Interest in creating educational content or being featured in digital health initiatives to build your caseload and elevate your presence

What We Offer

A modern and relaxing clinic space that is conducive for building relationships and creating connection, thoughtfully designed to feel welcoming and professional. Well-trained administration/reception (with direct billing) that creates a seamless customer experience, so you can focus on clinician duties and your patient relationships. A culture where learning is encouraged, you may grow your skills, and make a long-lasting impact on patients Regular mentorship and team collaboration, led by our Clinical Director (David Le) Flexible scheduling to support your lifestyle

Compensation

Split-based compensation with a higher percentage available depending on experience and caseload contribution.
