Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) - Niagara Falls, ON

MD Treatment Lounge is currently seeking a dedicated and professional

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

to join our growing multidisciplinary team in

Niagara Falls, Ontario

. Our clinic provides a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care and collaboration among practitioners.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality massage therapy services in accordance with CMTO standards of practice Develop and Perform therapeutic, rehabilitative, and relaxation massage treatments based on individual patient assessments Maintain accurate and detailed encounter notes and clinical documentation in accordance with CMTO standards through Jane software Collaborate with other practitioners to coordinate care and support interdisciplinary treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust techniques or treatment frequency as appropriate Uphold infection control, hygiene, and safety standards within the clinic Maintain a clean and professional treatment environment

Qualifications:

Registered and in good standing with the

College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Valid professional liability insurance New graduates are welcome to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly rate:

$40-$55/hour (based on experience), or

Split option:

Competitive 70/30 or 65/35 split available Flexible scheduling - full-time or part-time hours Administrative team to assist with handling scheduling and patient flow All supplies provided--you just bring your expertise and passion Modern, clean, and fully equipped treatment rooms Established patient base with ongoing referrals from within the clinic
