We are looking for a professional and passionate RMT to join our team! Elicare Medical Group, a leading healthcare provider in the Metro Vancouver area, is inviting both full-time and part-time RMT to be part of our compassionate medical team.

Our network includes three well-established family clinics, a specialist center, and a pharmacy, offering patients a comprehensive healthcare experience. We serve over 100,000 patients each year and provide an excellent environment for personal and professional growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Assess clients by conducting range of motion and muscle tests and propose treatment plans Explain procedures, risks and benefits to clients Administer massage techniques, treating soft tissues and joints of the body through soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, joint pain and lower grade mobilizations, remedial exercise programs and client self-help programs Suggest home care instructions and provide information about techniques for further postural improvement and stretching, strengthening, relaxation and rehabilitative exercises Maintain records of treatments given May consult with other health care professionals such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, physicians and psychologists when developing treatment plans for clients.

Requirements:

Registered Massage Therapist License Relevant experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude. Welcome fresh graduates from RMT College
