Responsibilities
Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
Assess client conditions by reviewing medical history and conducting thorough consultations.
Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans and any necessary adjustments.
Uphold cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms and common areas.
Stay informed about industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance service delivery.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a welcoming and soothing environment for clients.
Skills
Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred to effectively communicate with clients and healthcare professionals.
Strong communication skills to engage with clients and understand their needs.
Proven customer service skills to create positive experiences for clients.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
