Restored Massage Therapy is ready to hire a Registered Massage Therapist to fill the continuing care need of a full client base due to a maternity leave that has already begun, as well as to meet the needs of a growing Waitlist of additional clients unable to be cared for by the other therapists in the clinic who are full & cannot provide evening availability to new clients

We take care of & provide all things necessary to holding a full schedule & providing excellent client care! You only have to treat & complete online treatment notes from home.

Job Requirements:

Therapist encouraged to have online booking availability for (and the goal to fill) a minimum of four to six 60-minute treatments per week Therapist encouraged to have a minimum of one evening a week with availability to help accommodate a Waitlist of clients requiring evening appointments, as well as a maternity leave client base with the majority of clients requiring evening appointments Therapist must be ready to provide an exceptional quality of competent & personalized client care, consistent with that of the current practices of the clinic, including providing a thorough initial assessment & intake that utilizes good listening skills & comparison-driven care as the standard course of action at this clinic Therapist must be in good standing with the CMTO Therapist is not required to have previous experience in the profession outside of college, though it would be favourable
At Restored Massage Therapy we provide all therapists:

Linens & laundry service Massage lotion & almond oil 3 essential oil options at all times Laundry folded & stocked in room drawers for you A flexible approach to your scheduling. We work with you to determine a schedule that works best for you and your family and corresponds with treatment room availability in the clinic (the is currently at least one room available at ALL times) Clinic space cleaning ex: vacuuming & dusting (therapist must simply disinfect treatment room after each client & comply with all infection control standards) Clinicsense online scheduling & record keeping platform (notes can be completed at home) All scheduling, advertising, booking confirmations, all client messages and phone calls all taken care of Filling last minute cancellations and no show appointments all done by clinic owner, as well as collecting cancellation policy fees Rescheduling clients on sick days or in the case of family needs also taken care of by clinic owner
Simply arrive to a full schedule & treat! Maximize your time at home with very little "opening" or "closing" duties (ex: turn on lights and pull up window coverings)! EVERYTHING is provided

More Details:

Minimum contract length of 3 month commitment - after an initial one month contract Not required to work weekends If therapist prefers a different glide option than the lotion & oiil or different essential oils than the options provided - it is the responsibility of the therapist to supply their own preffered lotion/oil or essential oils for aromatherapy Not required to provide "deep tissue" treatments, though the majority of current Waitlist clients are waiting for a therapist who will provide deep tissue and would ensure a completely full schedule for a full time therapist Therapist must be "Trimesters" trained for prenatal massage in order to book prenatal treatments. If therapist is not "Trimesters" trained (or equivalent), all pregnant clients requiring prenatal treatments will be provided by our other therapist to ensure the highest level of competence for treatment of pregnant clientele. Proving prenatal treatments are not required 65/35 split. Ex: for a 60 minute treatment rate of $100+HST, $65+HST will be paid to providing therapist, and $35+HST to employer Cap offered to full time therapists! Once cap is reached, all treatments become 100% profit to providing therapist
