Primary Objectives

Deliver exceptional therapeutic treatments that align with Revibe's culture of movement, recovery, and belonging. Build lasting relationships with patients through trust, communication, and clinical excellence. Contribute to the growth of our multidisciplinary team and help shape the standard of care.

Core Responsibilities

A. Clinical Excellence

Provide evidence-based massage therapy treatments tailored to individual needs. Maintain accurate charting, assessment, and treatment planning in Jane EMR. Educate patients on follow-up care, lifestyle habits, and recovery strategies.

B. Patient Experience

Create a welcoming, professional, and supportive treatment environment. Guide patients through their wellness journey with clear communication and empathy. Uphold Revibe's guest-first culture by ensuring each visit feels purposeful and personalized.

C. Team & Growth

Participate in mentorship sessions, workshops, and team education programs. Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, naturopaths, and trainers to optimize patient outcomes. Contribute to clinic initiatives such as community events, wellness programs, and membership integration.

D. Operational Excellence

Follow all Revibe standards for treatment room setup, cleanliness, and equipment care. Stay compliant with college regulations and maintain valid professional insurance. Support clinic performance through consistent availability, scheduling reliability, and patient retention.

Who You Are

A Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with your regulatory college. Passionate about holistic health, recovery, and patient care. Growth-minded--open to mentorship, education, and long-term development. A team player who thrives in a multidisciplinary, fast-growing clinic environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $62.50-$110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
