Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to clients. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued and understood during their treatment sessions.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs and preferences. Administer various types of massages, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic techniques. Maintain accurate client records, including medical history and treatment plans. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment goals and any concerns they may have. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe workspace.

Qualifications

Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals through massage therapy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70.00-$80.00 per hour
