Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional therapeutic services to clients, helping them achieve relaxation and relief from tension. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued and understood during their visit.

Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their preferences to create personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide aftercare recommendations. Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress while adhering to confidentiality standards. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in massage techniques and medical terminology.

Experience

Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences. Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, enhancing the ability to understand client conditions and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Percentage 70-30 split or can be paid hourly as well.

Pay: $60.76-$89.33 per hour
