We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients.

We require an evening schedule and Saturdays.

Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to meet individual client needs. Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history and specific concerns. Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for ongoing care. Document treatment plans and progress notes accurately in client files. Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices.

Qualifications

Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy is required. Proficiency in medical terminology to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey treatment plans clearly. Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory. A commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of massage therapy. Pay: $35.00-$65.00 per hour
