Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team.

We are a small RMT owned and operated massage therapy clinic in downtown Lindsay, Kawartha Lakes, ON.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from stress through therapeutic massage techniques.

As a RMT, this role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication abilities to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Preference will be given for RMTs with Jane app experience.

Duties

Provide professional massage therapy services tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities. Maintain accurate electronic client records, including treatment plans and progress notes. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after their sessions.

Requirements

Valid provincial license and valid insurance. Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Previous experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory. Pay: $75.00-$105.00 per hour
