We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services to clients, promoting relaxation and overall well-being. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering exceptional customer service in a serene environment.

Duties

Perform various types of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their needs to develop tailored treatment plans. Maintain accurate client records, including medical history and treatment outcomes. Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene standards. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort and satisfaction throughout the session. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Experience

Proven experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous for understanding client needs and conditions. Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
