We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This role requires effective communication skills to assess client needs and deliver tailored treatments that promote relaxation and healing.
Duties
Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage to meet individual client needs.
Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their specific concerns to create personalized treatment plans.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
Keep accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in massage therapy.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their experience.
Experience
Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a valid state license.
Familiarity with medical terminology to effectively communicate with clients about their health concerns.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
