Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, helping them achieve relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.

Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Assess clients' physical conditions by reviewing medical histories and discussing their specific concerns. Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the treatment area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

Valid state licensure or certification in massage therapy. Proficient understanding of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
