Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Registered Massage Therapist

to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is client-focused, grounded in their technique, and enthusiastic about wellness. You'll help create a peaceful experience for every guest, while being part of a workplace that values community, connection, and care.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, personalized massage therapy treatments tailored to client needs. Assess clients and adapt techniques accordingly for an optimal experience. Communicate clearly and compassionately to understand preferences and address concerns. Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional care and follow-up. Uphold Sol Spa's standards of professionalism and customer service. Ensure a clean, organized, and tranquil workspace. Collaborate with the broader spa team to support a harmonious environment.

Qualifications

Registered and in good standing with the CMTO. Experience in a spa or wellness setting is an asset. Proficiency in various massage techniques is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Calm, confident, and client-focused demeanor. Commitment to continued learning and growth in your field. Passionate about holistic health and well-being.
