Our Registered Massage Therapists take great pride in establishing a genuine connection with each spa guest. We provide traditional massage and unique body experiences that are designed to entice our guests through a journey of healing, and total body rejuvenation.

The annual wage range for full time is $95,000 to $125,000, this is inclusive of base rate and service/retail commissions, gratuities will be additional.

We offer a flexible schedule, allowing you to work full-time or part-time.

You are an experienced and motivated wellness professional. You enjoy providing relaxing and restorative treatments to clients and guests. You want to work in a high demand spa - we have a high return guest ratio and our RMTs are currently fully booked 4 to 6 weeks ahead of time. You want to be able to focus on your guests - we eliminate the burden of marketing, booking, and payment processing fees for our RMTs. You are a positive individual that thrives in collaborative environment. You have certification from an accredited school of Massage Therapy and are in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists.
We provide an excellent opportunity for recently graduated RMT students who are awaiting their certificates. While waiting for certification, we offer training on spa operations to further enhance your skills and knowledge. This training period allows RMT students to gain valuable insight into the operations of a spa environment, ensuring they are well-prepared to seamlessly integrate into their role as certified RMTs upon receiving their certification.

Key Accountabilities:



Perform a variety of massage styles, ensuring guest comfort and care throughout the treatment, while adhering to operational procedures and department standards. Provide an individualized service experience, accommodating guest preferences and special requests and ensuring the treatment remains within company guidelines. Keep up-to-date with new massage techniques and trends, attend training, meetings, and industry updates to stay informed, enhance skills, and align with spa standards. Offer guidance on post-treatment care to support guests' wellness and treatment results. Maintain knowledge of contraindications for specific conditions, ensuring safe treatments and clear communication with guests. Maintain accurate records of all treatments performed for guest reference. Fully prepare and maintain the treatment room, ensuring it is stocked, sanitized, and ready for each service, and cleaned afterward to uphold a professional, clean, and welcoming spa environment. Address guest concerns regarding treatments, ensuring satisfaction and promptly resolving any issues in a courteous and professional demeanor. Actively promote spa initiatives, special events, and services to attract and retain guests. Stay updated on spa and hotel services, promotions, and policies, providing accurate information to guests. Report any facility concerns or maintenance issues to leadership for timely resolution. Handle lost and found items with proper documentation and follow-up according to property protocol. Additional Duties: In addition to the accountabilities listed above, there may be other duties as assigned by your manager. These duties may vary slightly depending on the property.
