We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, committed to client care, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional therapeutic massage services, including deep tissue, relaxation, and rehabilitative massage. Assess clients' conditions and tailor treatment plans accordingly. Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop integrated treatment plans. Educate clients on home care, posture, stretching, and injury prevention. Maintain a clean and organized treatment space and follow clinic health protocols.

Qualifications

Diploma from an accredited massage therapy program (minimum 2,200 hours required in Alberta). Registered and in good standing with a recognized Alberta massage therapy association (e.g., NHPC, MTAA, CRMTA, RMTA). Valid liability insurance. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a client caseload. CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
