Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

to join our care team in a

senior care facility in Delta, BC

. This is a meaningful opportunity for an RMT who is passionate about improving the quality of life for older adults and staff through therapeutic touch and movement-based treatment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide on-site therapeutic massage treatments to residents in accordance with individualized care plans Provide on-site therapeutic massage treatments to staff in accordance with individualized care plans Assess and document treatment plans using evidence-based practices Work collaboratively with healthcare staff to support patient well-being and functional independence Maintain accurate records in compliance with CMTBC regulations Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams

What We're Looking For:

Completed a massage therapy program from an accredited school Registered and in

good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC)

Must have liability

insurance

Own vehicle and valid driver's license

(required for transportation to the facility and/or mobile services) Strong interpersonal and

communication skills

, especially with seniors and interdisciplinary teams

Independent, self-motivated

and organized, with the ability to manage your own caseload Ability to adapt techniques to meet the unique needs of elderly and medically complex clients

Multilingualism is an asset

(especially Punjabi, Mandarin, Tagalog, or Hindi) Must be able to pass a

criminal record check for working with vulnerable populations

Pay: $94,886.00-$102,626.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 16 per week
