We are seeking an Independent Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Duties
Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, assessments of clients' physical conditions and discuss their specific needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
Collaborate with other wellness professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.
Experience
Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a valid license or certification.
Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred to enhance communication with clients regarding their health conditions.
Strong customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients and address any concerns effectively.
Excellent communication skills to engage with clients professionally and empathetically.
