Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient service while delivering high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to individual needs. You will play a vital role in promoting wellness, pain management, and relaxation for our clients through various techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, to address specific areas of discomfort or tension. Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enhance treatment effectiveness and ensure patient safety. Maintain accurate records of patient treatments, progress, and any relevant medical terminology. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client concerns or questions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to support comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in massage therapy and occupational health.

Experience

Proven experience as a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong focus on patient service and assessment. Familiarity with pain management techniques and the ability to apply them effectively in practice. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is essential for successful treatment delivery. Experience in a med spa setting is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
