Aurora Orthopaedic Massage and Wellness is a collaborative health clinic dedicated to helping clients recover from injury, manage chronic pain, and improve overall well-being. We're looking for a skilled and compassionate
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values independence while still enjoying the support of a diverse and passionate group of health care providers.

We're seeking a professional RMT who creates a welcoming and safe environment for every client. The right candidate will be confident in delivering high-quality treatments, comfortable working independently, and committed to building lasting therapeutic relationships.
Available Shifts
Morning availability
One evening shift per week
One weekend shift per week
Compensation
Starting at
60/40 split
, with the opportunity to progress to
65/35
as your clientele grows
Your Responsibilities
Perform thorough assessments and take detailed health histories for new and returning clients
Deliver effective, client-centered massage therapy sessions
Document treatments promptly and accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space (including laundry)
Educate clients on their condition, self-care strategies, and follow-up treatment plans
Support clinic operations with reception duties such as rebooking and payment collection
Provide your own treatment oils or lotions
Qualifications
2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma
Current
Calgary Practitioner Business Licence
Active membership and good standing with an
Alberta massage association
