We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from stress through therapeutic massage techniques. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various massage modalities, and the ability to create personalized treatment plans for clients.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their needs and preferences. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massage. Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Document client progress and treatment plans accurately in accordance with company policies. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Must be able to effectively communicate with English with clients

Experience

A valid state license or certification in massage therapy is required. Previous experience in a spa or wellness center is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
