We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. As a Massage Therapist, you will utilize various techniques to address individual client needs while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage tailored to client preferences and needs. Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their concerns to create personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment options, aftercare advice, and any potential contraindications. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the treatment area, adhering to hygiene standards and protocols. Stay informed about new techniques, products, and industry trends to enhance service offerings. Provide excellent customer service by fostering a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Experience

Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required. Previous experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus to enhance communication with clients regarding their health concerns. Strong customer service skills are essential for building rapport with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members is critical for success in this role.

Pay: $60.00-$75.00 per hour
