Job Overview

We are seaking a dedicated and knowledgeable massage therapist to join our patient centered team. The ideal candidate should have strong foundation in massage techniques as well as rehab protocols. The clinic has an established patient base and a reputation for providing exceptional service. We have a list of patients needing to be scheduled from waitlists as well as from the recent relocation of one of our massage therapists making it an ideal setting for someone wanting to grow their practice. Responsibilities

Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs and preferences. Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage. Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatment plans and progress. Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary. Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the treatment area to ensure a safe environment for clients. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns effectively. Collaborate with other wellness professionals to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements

Valid license or certification in massage therapy. Proficiency in medical terminology to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals. Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with clients and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory. Pay: $70.00-$106.68 per hour
