Job Title: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) - Full-Time or Part-Time

Big Feet is a well-established massage therapy franchise rooted in the healing traditions of Chinese medicine. With over 20 locations across Canada, we specialize in acupressure, reflexology, Tui Na massage, cupping, and Gua Sha. Our practitioners are passionate about natural healing and improving clients' overall wellness through traditional techniques.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients achieve relaxation, balance, and pain relief through personalized, therapeutic treatment.

Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each client's needs and health history

Conduct thorough client assessments and create individualized treatment plans Maintain professional documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness strategies Ensure the treatment space meets clinical hygiene and safety standards Work collaboratively with fellow therapists and contribute to a positive team environment Adhere to all regulatory and ethical guidelines set by your provincial college

Qualifications

Must be a licensed and registered RMT in British Columbia (or relevant province) Active liability insurance and current registration in good standing Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques Over 1 year experience is an asset Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach to care Professional, dependable, and passionate about holistic health Ability to communicate in English; Mandarin is an asset
