Responsibilities:

Provide physiotherapy assistant support under physiotherapist direction Conduct initial kinesiology assessments and develop individualized exercise programs Provide active rehab services for ICBC, private, and extended health clients Monitor and progress patient programs based on functional outcomes Able to meet with clients at the gym and/or pool Work collaboratively with physiotherapists to support treatment plans Chart as required by your associated college Educate clients on posture, movement mechanics, and injury prevention Maintain a clean and organized rehab area

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics Registered with and in good standing with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). Must carry valid professional liability insurance CPR & First Aid certification (current) Experience working in a rehab or clinical setting is an asset Experience working with JaneApp Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team Familiarity with ICBC documentation and protocols is a plus Willingness to support with physiotherapy assistant duties as needed
