Key Responsibilities
Manage sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and handling policy renewals.
Build relationships with prospective clients to generate leads and expand the client base.
Analyze client insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options.
Stay up to date with underwriting guidelines and adhere to market requirements.
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and maintain business quality standards.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional post-sale support.
Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience
: Minimum of 1 year in the insurance industry with a proven sales and client service track record.
Licensing
: RIBO or LLQP license (mandatory).
Languages
: Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a strong asset.
