We are currently seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the position of Early Childhood Educator. You MUST be registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators.

Early years Education Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Understanding developmental expectations for children aged 2-4
Works collaboratively with a team of educators
Experience with lesson and program planning
Supervise children to protect their safety and personal well-being at all times while in care
Respects individual abilities and developmental levels of children in program
Ensure the philosophy and policies of the school are upheld and implemented
Maintain and record daily observations of children in program
Liaise with parents on an ongoing basis, regarding progress of child development and areas of concern/conflict
Make sure equipment and physical environment is maintained free of safety or health hazards
Ability to use frequent light to medium physical effort such as lifting up to 20 kg (44 lbs.), bending and stooping
Punctual and reliable at all times
Prepare the room daily prior to arrival of children and at the end of the day in order to ensure a safe and clean environment at all times
Job Qualifications
Experience in Reggio Emilia inspired learning environment is an asset
Experience with outdoor lessons and learning opportunities
Knowledge of Jewish holidays and traditions is an asset
You must be registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators.
