We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will work closely with children aged 2.5 to 5 years, implementing engaging lesson plans that encourage exploration and learning through play.
Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves.
Facilitate daily activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development through play, storytelling, art, and music.
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their development.
Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom space while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Requirements
Early Childhood Educator - REGISTERED with the College of ECE's.
Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in an early childhood setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
Certification in CPR and First Aid.
