As a part of the Home Health Therapy Services team, the Registered Dietitian provides services to adult and pediatric populations. We offer provisional supervision for new graduates with positions available in Niagara.




What you need to be successful




You are registered as a member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario Familiarity with tube feeds would be considered an asset Your focus is to embrace person and family-centered care You are passionate, empathetic, use good judgement and apply critical thinking when making client decisions You are known for your excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaboration within an interdisciplinary team as well as work independently You value the role a dietitian plays in keeping clients at home when that is of personal importance You have the ability to travel within community with a reliable vehicle
