At One Heart Wellness Clinic we offer personalized care and a range of evidence-based therapies in a safe and supportive environment. Our team is dedicated to helping clients overcome their challenges and lead fulfilling lives. We are committed to continuous professional development to ensure that our clients receive the best treatment for their unique needs. We are currently expanding the services we offer to take on a more holistic approach to wellness and are currently looking to contract a Registered Clinical Counsellor, alongside a number of other service providers.

Schedule + Location:

Part-time/Full-time (20-40 hours / week) On site in our White Rock office

THE ROLE:

Conduct thorough assessments and provide individualized counselling treatment plans Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with professional standards Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and integrated patient care

REQUIREMENTS:

RCC in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). Master's degree or doctorate in psychology, psychiatry, social work, or clinical/counselling psychology. 2+ years of experience in clinical counselling.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaboration with others. Genuine passion for helping others and continuous learning. Experience with areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, and relationship concerns. Experience with ICBC referrals is a plus. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a caseload efficiently. Empathy and a strong desire to understand and support people. Self-motivated and enjoys taking charge of initiatives.
