Competitive split; includes supervision, admin support, and client referrals
About the Practice
We're a small, heart-led private practice rooted in compassion, connection, and clinically grounded care. Our approach is relational, client-centred, and grounded in evidence-based modalities. We take pride in offering a warm, personalized therapy experience for both clients and clinicians.
Who We're Looking For
You're a thoughtful, trauma-informed clinician who brings presence, curiosity, and clinical rigour to your work. You might be grounded in modalities like ACT and attachment theory. Bonus if you are trained in a somatic modality (e.g., EMDR) or have an interest in working with couples or first responders.
You thrive in independent settings, are self-motivated, and take initiative in managing your own time and schedule. While you appreciate collaboration and connection, you're also confident working autonomously and navigating the rhythms of private practice.
Most importantly, you're looking for meaningful work in a values-aligned environment -- one that prioritizes depth, authenticity, and sustainable growth over hustle or high volume.
