About the Practice



We're a small, heart-led private practice rooted in compassion, connection, and clinically grounded care. Our approach is relational, client-centred, and grounded in evidence-based modalities. We take pride in offering a warm, personalized therapy experience for both clients and clinicians.

Who We're Looking For



You're a thoughtful, trauma-informed clinician who brings presence, curiosity, and clinical rigour to your work. You might be grounded in modalities like ACT and attachment theory. Bonus if you are trained in a somatic modality (e.g., EMDR) or have an interest in working with couples or first responders.

You thrive in independent settings, are self-motivated, and take initiative in managing your own time and schedule. While you appreciate collaboration and connection, you're also confident working autonomously and navigating the rhythms of private practice.

Most importantly, you're looking for meaningful work in a values-aligned environment -- one that prioritizes depth, authenticity, and sustainable growth over hustle or high volume.

Clinical Focus



Individual or couples therapy (with a focus on relational dynamics, trauma, life transitions, and emotional regulation) Varying therapeutic modalities are welcome, but need to be evidence-based Clientele primarily adults or teens

What's Involved



Provide therapy to adult clients or teens (couples therapy a bonus) Maintain timely and ethical clinical records Manage your schedule with autonomy while meeting client needs Participate in regular supervision/check-ins

Requirements



Master's in Counselling Psychology or equivalent RCC registration in good standing Liability insurance and secure telehealth setup (if remote) Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage your time and caseload independently
